The mission of the Centre for Advanced Property Economics (CAPE) is to focus and explore emerging areas of influences in economic theory, accounting practice, and capital markets, through the interdependence of valuation disciplines.

The Centre provides opportunities in research, public forums, publications that address complex problems of valuation theory and technique. The Centre additionally provides a perspective on current events in industry, regulation, and legislation in cooperation with The Appraisal Foundation, societies, institutes, and organizations that comprise the appraisal profession worldwide.
